Yes, we are a small team and yes, our backlog is big. This means that not everything works as expected. As some small things are quicker to fix than to write dedicated error messages you might have noticed, that sometimes stuff does not work as expected without telling you why.
The blue circle indicates, that a video stream you receive or send does not work as expected. This can have multiple reasons, but since we did not have the time yet to write error messages for each error and most of the time a page-reload helps: You see the blue circle with the request to reload.
Most likely, you changed your headphones during a running call. Unplugging headphones during the call or activating Bluetooth headphones during the call are known for creating this bug. If in doubt, reload after choosing a new audio source.
Just copy the URL from the session you created and send it to the participants you want to invite. You can as well add this URL to any calendar invite.
A second route: Let the participants know the session name, for example, "Coffee-Break." Then you simply type this session name, when creating a session.
Every session is connected to a session name. If you did not create a dedicated session name, you end up in the default room "chatmosphere". The more unique your session name is, the less likely others will accidentally join. "Test" is also great to meet new people. Chat with them, it's fun 😉
If you want to use Chatmosphere for internal sessions, that require privacy, consider hosting Chatmosphere on your own server. Find installation information on GitHub.
